Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Eliana. I've been working therapeutically for a few years now and studied at UNF for my Master's degree. I have been working in a therapeutic role for the last 3 years. I was drawn to this line of work after being known as the "therapist friend" throughout high school and college. I have worked with children and young adults alike, ranging from ages 5 to 18. I have helped them process complex traumas, grief, major life changes, and everything that affects their day-to-day life and their futures.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized. I want to meet you where you are and work with you as a guide or partner in your needs. We can be as creative or structured as you'd prefer.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are tough; I hope to be a comforting, understanding presence as we go through them. I gear all initial sessions as more of an ice-breaker and let you lead most of the session, though, there is always that little bit of introduction and housekeeping I have to provide.
