Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a dedicated mental health professional with over five years of experience providing therapy to children, youth, adults, and families, including veterans and active-duty personnel. I have a background in social work and a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, improve emotional well-being, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, respect, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. My personality style with clients is empathetic, attentive, open-minded, solution-focused, and goal-oriented. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and I take the time to understand each client’s experiences, strengths, and goals.

I specialize in supporting clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and coping with difficult experiences. Through a collaborative approach, I help clients develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful changes in their lives.

I am committed to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you throughout your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a space where you feel empowered, supported, and confident in creating the changes you want to see.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I believe every client’s experiences are unique, and I take the time to listen, understand their perspective, and work together to identify goals that are meaningful to them.

My therapeutic style is empathetic, attentive, open-minded, solution-focused, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for growth and positive change.

I work with children, youth, adults, and families who may be experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and coping with difficult experiences. My goal is to help clients develop healthier coping skills, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful changes in their lives.

During sessions, I use a collaborative approach to help clients identify their strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical strategies that support their personal goals. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I am committed to meeting clients where they are while supporting them throughout their journey toward healing, growth, and improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin building a therapeutic relationship and getting to know each other. We will explore what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal strengths, and the goals you would like to work toward.

My goal is for clients to feel comfortable, heard, and understood while creating a foundation for meaningful progress. Together, we will identify areas of focus and begin developing a personalized plan that aligns with your needs and goals. Clients can expect a collaborative approach focused on building self-awareness, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating positive changes at a pace that feels comfortable.

I believe the first session is an opportunity to begin creating a safe space where you feel supported and empowered throughout your therapy journey.
