Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, bicultural clinical social worker with an MSW from Boston College School of Social Work. I have worked with diverse populations at community mental health centers, schools, hospitals, outpatient behavioral health settings, as well as home-based work. I work with individuals who come to therapy with a variety of concerns, from symptoms of depression and anxiety, to major life transitions, family-of-origin struggles and relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy

People come to therapy for a multitude of reasons unique to them. I help clients join me in taking an open-minded, curious and compassionate stance towards themselves. I believe that therapy can help us become our most authentic and genuine selves. Therapy can help us tap into our inherent capacity for growth and transformation!

What you can expect from me

Starting a new therapeutic relationship can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe space where vulnerability can be shared. Within the therapeutic relationship, clients can gain clarity, become more resilient, learn to manage difficult emotions, escape patterns that keep them stuck, and learn to live in a way more aligned with their inner values and strengths.
