Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting children, teens, and young adults. My passion is to help individuals navigate the unique challenges of these formative years—whether it's school-related stress, social pressures, family dynamics, or life transitions. With extensive experience working with families in schools and community-based mental health care, I understand the emotional complexities of growing up in today’s world. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidenced-based care that fosters growth and emotional well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe every person has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive with the right support. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the specific needs of each client. I can oftentimes feel like speaking to a friend or close confidant, while remaining objective and based in clinical knowledge. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you or your child can explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self. Together, we work towards overcoming challenges and building resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

Our work begins with your story. I will take the time to understand you and your family's experiences and what you hope gain from our time together. For many, identifying goals for therapy can be daunting. That's okay! We will work together to ensure each session is bringing you in the right direction for you.
