Great to meet you!

I graduated from University California in San Francisco (UCSF) with my Master of Science, major in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2009. This valuable educational experience helped me build my career in treating and counseling clients who are in need of mental health care. After the Master degree, I further expanded my educational experience by going to Frontier Nursing University and obtained Doctor of Nursing practice in 2022. My major therapy modalities are CBT and psycho dynamic therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I emphasize on building therapeutic alliance with clients because I can use the quality of the therapeutic relationship to predict my clients' clinical outcome.

I specialized in pharmacotherapy, and also focus on providing psychotherapy including CBT and psychotherapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients describe me as good listener, caring, validating their feelings, empathetic, and make them feel unjudged and completely safe.
