Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.

I specialize in trauma and have experience helping individuals navigate the emotional impact of difficult and overwhelming experiences. Trauma can affect how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the way we respond to everyday challenges. My goal is to help you better understand these patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

In addition to trauma, I work with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and family challenges. I also have experience working with children and families and understand the importance of creating an environment where every individual feels supported.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and support as you work toward your goals.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.

My approach to therapy

believe therapy starts with feeling safe, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.

As a trauma-focused therapist, I recognize that difficult experiences can impact emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and our sense of safety. Together, we can explore these experiences and patterns while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward.

I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that may leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

When working with children and families, I focus on creating a supportive environment where children can express themselves while helping parents and caregivers better understand their needs and strengthen family relationships.

Therapy is not about telling you who you should be. It’s about helping you understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop the tools to create meaningful change.

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

What you can expect from me

A warm open environment where we move at your pace.
