Great to meet you!

I am Elijah Yarpah, PhD, RN, CNP, PMHNP-BC, and the founder of Greatest Psychiatry and Wellness. With 15 years of nursing knowledge, as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I support children, teens, and adults in a collaborative journey toward wellness.

My approach to therapy

In our first session, a kind, nonjudgmental conversation will occur, leading to an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This plan may include time-tested psychiatric medications but will also add non-pharmacologic strategies to aid the recovery process. I also like to collaborate and often work with the other members of your care team. We will assess you throughout treatment and modify your healing goals as needed.

What you can expect from me

Once you’ve been to our office for the initial visit, we will meet for a follow-up to discuss how you’ve been since your last appointment. When this is done, we will review the good recommendations and those that are not. This might include discussions about medication, lab work, or holistic interventions.

Our visits are time-based, and you can choose between 45-minute and 60-minute sessions for your management or more focused 30-minute meetings.
