Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elisa. I specialize in supporting women of all ages and stages in life, especially mothers and caregivers, through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and the many emotional shifts that come with motherhood and womanhood. Whether you’re a new mom, returning to work, coping with postpartum changes, grieving a loss, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the many roles you carry, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m deeply passionate about supporting women through the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, identity changes, and the ongoing evolution of motherhood and womanhood.

If it feels like everything is falling apart, your emotions feel heavy or confusing, or you barely recognize yourself anymore, I get it, because I’ve lived it. I work with women who are exhausted from worrying, caregiving, and carrying it all, and who are ready to find steadiness, relief, and a sense of themselves again.

I understand firsthand how these seasons can bring both joy and overwhelm. From early motherhood to balancing career and family, to navigating hormonal and identity changes later in life, therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself—not who you think you “should” be, but who you are becoming.

**I am bilingual and offer therapy in both Spanish and English

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, empowering, somatic, and mindfulness-based. I focus on what is happening here and now—how your mind and body are feeling in this moment. Together, we’ll create space for you to be heard, to notice what you’re carrying, and to build coping skills that help you feel steadier and more grounded.

I often incorporate EMDR, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, solution focused, narrative therapy, strength-based work, and positive psychology. I also love using gentle creative expression, including art-based exercises like doodling, to help emotions move through the body—no art experience needed. If spirituality or Christian counseling is meaningful to you, I’m happy to integrate that as well.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, present space where we move at your pace. We’ll explore what you’re feeling, how stress shows up in your body, and what helps you feel more regulated and confident in daily life. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more capable of navigating change, and more at peace in your role—whatever season you’re in.

A little about me: I’m a mom of two, and my own experiences with pregnancy and motherhood help me deeply empathize with what you’re feeling. I love being outdoors, hiking, and finding grounding in nature. I’m also a cat lover— my kitties Marshall and Rocky (named by my daughters) keep me on my toes —and I enjoy getting creative alongside my daughters. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported, and I’d be honored to walk with you through this chapter.
