Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Providing the best treatment for my clients is my top priority. I hold a master's degree in Social Work as well as Clinical Psychology. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of diagnoses including mood disorders, trauma-related disorders and thought disorders.

My approach to therapy

I tend to utilize cognitive behavior, solution-focused, psychodynamic as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. I am also a certified dialectical behavior therapist. I'll help you understand your diagnosis as well as how to manage it. I will walk you through the process step by step. We'll set goals together so that you'll track and see improvements in your mood, behavior and relationships as you make lasting changes.

You are the expert on your life. We will work together to develop a plan to improve the quality of your life. You set the pace and together we'll find the path that's right for you.
