Great to meet you!

I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — not to prescribe answers, but to help you uncover them. I use trauma-informed practices and draw on a mix of somatic, traditional, and creative methods, because no two people are the same and what works for one person may not work for another. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether we're a good fit before committing to work together.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach that honors the whole person. Together, we explore how your past experiences are shaping your present — your patterns, your choices, and your sense of self — and use that understanding to create real, lasting change. Depending on what resonates with you, I weave in somatic techniques, traditional talk therapy, and creative modalities. My goal is to help you move forward with integrity and authenticity, on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and what's bringing you in. We'll begin exploring the patterns or places in your life where you feel stuck — whether that's in relationships, work, or elsewhere — and start building a picture of how your history may be playing a role. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. This is a space to begin opening up, and together we'll figure out the approach and pace that feels right for you.
