Great to meet you!

Over the years I have worked as an educator, a cognitive development specialist, and as a counselor. My understanding of how the brain develops as well as the impact that trauma and anxiety have on brain development and the body has prepared me to effectively work with kids, teenagers, adults, and families. I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques to work with each person/family to best meet your goals.

My approach to therapy

You are as unique as the spark of hope that is held within you. Things may seem hard, overwhelming, or hopeless; but you are seeking a way to harness the power within and love the person you are. I strive to make the therapeutic journey a safe, warm and welcoming place to discover the barriers holding you back from thriving in life.

What you can expect from me

Your journey through life is unique and deserves to be treated with respect. I feel privileged to join you on your journey of exploration and growth. I am passionate about seeing you learn how to embrace and love who you are today and in the future.
