Great to meet you!

First and foremost, I want my clients to know that I genuinely care. My work is not just a profession—it's a calling. I believe in the power of healing through connection, honesty, and compassionate guidance. I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC, LADC) with years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges—including addiction, trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles. With my locations being in both Minnesota and Florida, I’ve created spaces where people can feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m also fluent in Spanish, and I’ve worked extensively with multicultural and bilingual populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with couples, especially those impacted by addictive behaviors, and I use a blend of approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor treatment to each unique journey.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often tell me they appreciate my warmth, my directness, and how I hold space without judgment. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, walking through the hard places together, and finding your strength along the way. I also let them know in our first session that I will be their personal therapeutic GPS, to guide them and direct them to their most healed destination.

Therefore, if you’re ready to do the work, I’m here with you—every step of the way.
