Great to meet you!

Life can be overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. As a therapist and a longtime educator, I bring warmth, curiosity, and decades of experience helping people through anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, together, we'll build on your strengths and find practical strategies to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My approach is tailored to your unique needs and draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and your goals. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but you'll never be expected to share more than you're comfortable with. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a better sense of whether we're a good fit. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that supports your goals and helps you move forward with confidence.
