Great to meet you!

Therapy, at its best, can lead to emotional freedom. My work is shaped by the unique needs and lived experiences of each person I meet. Grounded in a trauma-informed perspective and supported by evidence-based practices, I bring care, steadiness, and flexibility to the work. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, and individual psychotherapy. My hope is that clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and free to explore what healing can look like for them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and shaped by each person’s unique needs. I draw from trauma-informed, evidence-based, and strengths-based practices, but more than anything I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up fully as yourself. Together, we’ll find what feels supportive and meaningful for you, with room for both steady guidance and flexibility.

What you can expect from me

Each client’s goals are different, so I hope you leave sessions with what feels most valuable to you- whether that’s new insight, practical tools for change, or simply a sense of relief and comfort. My role is to support you in the way you want to be supported, and to help you move toward a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and hopeful.
