Great to meet you!

I support women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and step into greater wholeness after years of over giving. Many of my clients come to me during times of stress, transition, or disconnection from their bodies, relationships or sense of purpose. My approach combines counseling and coaching with somatic techniques such as Reiki, creating a holistic path that supports body, mind and spirit. I offer a compassionate and space for healing, growth and transformation. Together, we release old patterns, awaken inner wisdom and open the way to a more authentic and empowered life.

My approach to therapy

I help people recover from issues of anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I use concepts from psychodynamic, relational and trauma-informed theory along with relaxation techniques like Reiki, guided meditation and breathing exercises to help resolve deep issues and work towards greater self-confidence, creativity, motivation, and ease in your life.

What you can expect from me

I previously worked in the arts and have a playful and humorous side. I believe art, writing and music are transformative tools for personal growth. I am a certified Reiki Master and have provided Reiki in the healthcare setting to alleviate physical pain, stress and promote mental clarity.
