Great to meet you!

I believe that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change, even during life's most challenging seasons. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their strengths, rediscover their sense of self, and build the life they want to live.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe being fully yourself. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to face it alone. I am committed to meeting you with compassion, respect, and genuine curiosity about your unique story.

I have advanced training in trauma treatment, including EMDR, and I believe that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and empowered. Therapy with me is not about focusing on what's "wrong" with you — it's about recognizing your resilience, uncovering your strengths, and helping you move toward the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership built on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is individualized because no two people are the same. I integrate evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Together, we will tailor treatment to your specific goals, needs, and strengths.

Whether we are processing difficult experiences, improving relationships, managing anxiety, building self-confidence, or creating healthier coping skills, my focus is helping you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I strive to help clients not only heal from past wounds but also develop the confidence to thrive in the future.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a connection and exploring what brings you to therapy. There is no pressure to have all the answers or share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

During our time together, I'll learn more about your experiences, current challenges, personal strengths, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We'll discuss what's been weighing on you, what's important to you, and how I can best support your journey. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and determine whether I feel like the right fit for your needs.

Most clients leave their first session feeling relieved, understood, and hopeful. My goal is for you to walk away knowing that you have a supportive partner in your corner and a clear path forward toward healing, growth, and lasting change. You do not have to navigate this journey alone.
