Great to meet you!

My name is Elise and I graduated with my Masters' in Couples and Family Counseling from Alliant International University. I have a professional background in finance, theater and hospitality.

I love working with humans who struggle to be kind to themselves or who are often told things like "you put too much pressure on yourself."

You may not believe my compassion for you at first. My job is to hold it consistently until you see your worthiness for yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach cultivates connection and collaboration, offering a judgment-free space tailored to your unique experiences and aspirations. I can help you clearly identify

  • what keeps you saying "Yes" when you want to say "No," and
  • how to step into your unshakeable confidence while
  • maintaining healthy limits.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through your intake paperwork to ensure I understand your unique needs and goals for our time together in the future.

We'll map out the path to success for making sure you're aimed toward your favorite future self and discuss the many ways we can go about getting you there.

In subsequent sessions we will triage what feels most time-sensitive in the context of those goals.

My role is to be an objective mirror who is helping you to not need therapy anymore.
