Hi there! I’m Elise, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in their next steps. I work with adolescents and adults navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and big life changes, and I always aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative with some humor thrown in. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away, I’m here to listen and to help you feel grounded, validated, and empowered.
