Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Dr. Elise Shin, a board-certified psychiatrist in Texas. I provide personalized, evidence-based care and work closely with clients to create treatment plans that fit their goals and lifestyle. I treat a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take time to understand your experiences and goals so we can build a treatment plan that works for you. I use evidence-based care, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies for daily life. My style is warm, direct, and focused on helping you feel confident in your care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand your concerns, history, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and create a space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We’ll begin to outline a treatment plan and discuss next steps, so you leave with clarity and a sense of direction.
