Great to meet you!

I have been working for 7 years with various populations including offenders and individuals struggling with substance use. I am licensed in both Michigan and Pennsylvania, and continue to seek training and education in both trauma and attachment-based therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing to help clients achieve their goals. I am bilingual and am able to provide therapy in Spanish.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients that may be struggling to maintain balance in their daily life. I like to focus on reinforcing and empowering clients natural strengths and skills to help them meet their needs. In working with my clients we focus on identifying resources and tools in clients current circumstances that will aid creating a baseline for growth and development.
