Great to meet you!

Elisha's practice is Neurodiversity-Affirming and Trauma-Informed. She supports parents who are struggling with burnout and complex parenting issues. Elisha uses a somatic approach and is also EMDR trained.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate and inclusive support to parents who are struggling to raise children in a culture that insists on conformity to systems that simply do not work for them and are, in many ways, harmful. I help parents welcome all parts of themselves and create worlds that both support and welcome their children's needs--while navigating tough behaviors. I love helping parents connect with new perspectives, ideas, and ways of being (with themselves and with their children) that offer them a more grounded, flexible, and sustainable parenting approach. I am neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA affirming, and center lived-experience and disabled wisdom.

What you can expect from me

We work together to understand what's driving behavior so we can develop parenting strategies rooted in relational safety and compassionate boundaries.

Support for parents and caregivers healing from chronic stress and burnout through attention to the nourishment of your own nervous system.
