Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am an EMDR therapist, trauma sensitive yoga facilitator, and trauma professional, meeting clients where they are in their life’s path. You are invited to explore a variety of interventions to work towards establishing healthy goals and coping skills to overcome past struggles that may have interfered with establishing wellbeing.

Some modalities we explore include creative art expressions, trauma sensitive yoga, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma sensitive mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and somatic movement, with the invitation to explore ways to embrace your true self.

I received a master of social work from Hunter College, and trauma training from David Emerson and Jenn Turner from the Center of Embodiment. I am the founder of Finding Peace Within, offering trauma sensitive yoga and therapeutic interventions to the criminal justice population.
