Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I’m Elishia Jennings, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the mental health field for 10 years. I am dedicated to helping busy professionals navigate life’s complex emotional landscapes. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when we honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Who I Help I specialize in supporting individuals carrying the weight of trauma, chronic anxiety, depression, and sleep disruptions. Whether you are feeling stuck in past patterns, overwhelmed by a demanding career, or disconnected from your body, I provide a compassionate, grounded space where you can safely explore, heal, and regain control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My Approach I use a positive, collaborative, and holistic approach. I uniquely integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) with a customized blend of other therapeutic techniques to treat the whole person. Because I know your time is valuable, my goal is to provide actionable steps that lead to visible progress, while always moving at a pace that honors your comfort level.
