Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in teens and adults of all ages navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, we will work together to build practical strategies that work with your brain - not against it! I am available nights and weekends to meet your needs.

My approach to therapy

Actionable Tools: We'll develop real-world strategies for focus, organization, boundary-setting, and managing emotional overwhelm.

Unpacking the Root Causes: We’ll explore the underlying patterns driving anxiety and low mood so you can experience long-term relief.

A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space: You don't need to "mask" or have it all together in session. You can bring your raw, unedited self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily about getting to know each other, in a low-pressure space. You don't need to have a polished script prepared - we will talk about what brought you to therapy, what's felt hardest lately, and what you hope gets better.

We'll cover some broad context to help me understand the full picture, including: daily stressors/current symptoms, brief history of medical and mental health, any therapy experiences, and routines, support systems, and lifestyle factors.

Then we will outline what progress looks like for YOU, then touch on logistics and have time for your questions.

Most importantly, session one is your chance to see how my communication style feels to you - because finding a therapist you genuinely feel comfortable with is what makes therapy work!
