Great to meet you!

You will feel safe, comfortable, accepted for who you are and not judged. That is so important for you to trust the process. You will come to love yourself and increase your self esteem. You will feel comfortable in your own skin, losing self consciousness that stops you from being present. You will be able to explore any issue, to the depth you want. You will not be pushed to go farther than that. You will achieve your goals once you find out what they are. All these things are possible you just need to get in touch.

My approach to therapy

Your job is to take that first step and reach out. My job is to help you know yourself and love yourself. To do that you must have self compassion and self awareness. I will help you with those important goals. From there, you can begin to examine your life and personality more deeply if you wish. Instead, or in addition, you may want to find a relationship or take it to the next level. You may want to achieve more at work or any other life goals. You may be recovering from trauma or adjusting to difficult changes in your life. You might be depressed or anxious or angry/resentful. I will help you remove such obstacles.

What you can expect from me

You put the work in which is talking, and you will come away from sessions feeling a little bit or a great deal more hopeful and better about yourself, your relationships and your place in this world. I will help you if you get stuck or have trouble finding words to express your problems. You will learn to navigate this world with greater ease.
