Great to meet you!

Hello! As a therapist, my mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to heal, develop a deeper awareness of themselves, and to make the changes in their life necessary to thrive. I've supported individuals facing difficult life transitions and changes, survivors of interpersonal violence, new and expecting parents, individuals dealing with grief and loss, as well as individuals living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders and other mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strength-based, empowerment-based, and person-centered. My training includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, and I have been trained through Postpartum Support International to treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

What you can expect from me

I create an environment of warmth and trust for my clients to openly express their thoughts and feelings, and to develop effective skills for coping with stressors. I work with each individual to identify their short- and long-term goals, and how to overcome barriers toward progress.
