Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, and substance use recovery. I especially enjoy working with people who appear to have everything together but feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from their own needs. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, build confidence, and work toward a life that feels more like your own.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when we work together. I’ll take time to understand your goals, listen to your feedback, and tailor our sessions to what you need. My style is compassionate and direct: I’ll validate what you’re experiencing while also helping you recognize patterns, develop new skills, and make meaningful changes. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, expressive arts, and somatic techniques. We’ll find the approaches that make sense for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We can discuss what you hope to gain from our work, what has or hasn’t helped before, and where you’d like to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive. We’ll start with what matters most to you and decide on the next steps together.
