Great to meet you!

I love human interaction and have a passion for the field of mental health. I currently work as an emergency service clinician at an urgent care for behavioral health and substance use. I received an MS in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University and have a Bachelor of Religious Studies from Rabbinical College of America.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on a treatment plan that works within the framework of each client; in other words, meeting clients where they are at. I have an eclectic and holistic style that is not limited or exclusive to any one theoretical orientation. I often embrace harm reduction and find that gradual progress tends to be more real and long-lasting relative to extreme (all or nothing) measures. Central to my approach is building rapport, trust, and comfortability.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to access effective tools, skills, and strategies aimed at minimizing and eventually overcoming personal obstacles and challenges. I endeavor to harness life's experiences as opportunities for growth and positive development.
