Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience caring for individuals across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Over the last year, I have been lucky enough to work with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, and I believe that every one deserves to feel heard and seen. I especially enjoy helping individuals navigate the messiness of being human--whether they're experiencing change, life transitions, or unexpected challenges. My goal is to offer a space for exploration without judgment or expectations- a place where you can simply be, grow, and learn along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care begins with creating a space where I can genuinely get to know the person who was brave enough to seek support. I will do my best to meet you where you are, without judgement or exceptional. From there, we'll work on setting a foundation of care around your individual needs, which may include medication management or brief talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will begin with an introductory session focused on getting to know you- your story, what brings you to me, and what you hope to gain from this experience. This first meeting will also be an opportunity to determine whether working together feels like a good fit.

Overall, my goal is to create a place where you can feel safe to explore and reflect- a place to be vulnerable at your own pace!

From there, we'll work collaboratively to identify your needs, establish meaningful yet realistic goals, and develop a path forward that supports personal growth, greater self-awareness, and a overall-being.
