Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Eliza Ale-Finks, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience in mental health and a Master of Social Work degree. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My experience includes supporting military personnel, first responders, and individuals navigating high levels of stress and significant change. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized because I believe therapy should be tailored to you rather than follow a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from evidence-based approaches while focusing on practical tools and strategies you can use in your everyday life. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful changes that align with your goals. My goal is for therapy to feel like a partnership where you feel supported, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, your background, your strengths, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin, we can work through that together. By the end of our session, we’ll identify some initial goals and discuss how we can move forward together.
