Great to meet you!

I am committed and dedicated to serving my patients and community. I am an advocate for mental health, and I integrate innovative treatments in my practice.

My approach to therapy

I am a psychiatric provider who believes in an integrated approach to practice. I aim to understand the whole person and the root of your difficulties. My first step is to build a strong alliance which provides the foundation to explore and investigate long-standing issues. For some, that requires a combination of medication management and psychotherapy. The ultimate goal is to improve wellness for the whole person, not just to improve the symptoms.

What you can expect from me

I work with individuals who are committed to improving their emotional well being. With an integrated approach, I aim to work collaboratively to find effective and affordable treatment options.
