Great to meet you!

In life,we can find ourselves faced with triggers or challenges that impact our daily lives.During those difficult moments,we feel the need to be heard, understood, desiring healing and growth.Together we will work to develop a more positive sense of self, develop skills and strategies to cope more effectively, and understand underlying patterns and past events that contribute to your current circumstance.I recognize that taking the first step toward change can be difficult but you are worth it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative with a sense of humor. I provide non-judgmental guidance and strive to meet you where you are at, while utilizing elements of evidence-based interventions like client-centered, trauma informed-care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help individuals recognize their strengths, explore their barriers, and navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

For our first session, we will work together to identify goals, strengths, and barriers. My hope is over time, we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and validated in a safe, empowering, non-judgmental environment.
