Great to meet you!

In Lak’ech — "Tú eres mi otro yo" (You are my other self) — is a Mayan greeting that has guided me for many years. It’s a reminder of our connected, and how much kindness and respect can shape the way we relate to others — and to ourselves.

I bring over twenty years of experience in the field of social work and have been a licensed clinician since 2010. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of hearing the stories of so many individuals in our community — stories of strength, struggle, growth, and resilience. I look forward to hearing your story and working together toward a life filled with greater joy and wellness.

My approach to therapy

If you choose to work with me, I hope to bring the perspective of In Lak’ech into our sessions. Life can bring changes and challenges that sometimes make it hard to be gentle with ourselves. My goal is to support you through those times and gently encourage you to develop the tools and coping skills you need to navigate them with more self-compassion and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll complete a thorough intake process. This will help me get to know you — your past experiences, current coping strategies, and the goals you’d like to work on. From there, we’ll begin navigating the challenges you’re facing and work together to create a path forward that feels supportive, intentional, and empowering.
