Great to meet you!

My main specialty is working with people experiencing anxiety, stress, life changes and stage of life issues, school and occupational issues, and relationship issues with family, friends, spouses or partners. As a military spouse, I also enjoy working with Servicemembers and their family. Therapy is also a wonderful opportunity for people who want to learn more about themselves, grow, and improve relationships in their life.

My approach to therapy

I want sessions to be a warm and comfortable space for people to explore the past, present, and future. I foster a space for clients to feel empowered in each session. I approach sessions with empathy, warmth, and humor so that clients can feel safe and comfortable in the therapeutic alliance.

What you can expect from me

I want individuals to walk away from sessions with some skills and tools to use in their daily life and feeling empowered to practice these tools. I also want clients feeling validated and encouraged.
