Hello my beautiful gente! As a bilingual therapist I enjoy learning about the different walks of life and working through the feelings that surface. My passion for social work began 13 years ago working with families maneuvering through child abuse, domestic violence, poverty, and other challenges.
Seeking out therapy can be challenging for most and is why I focus on meeting individuals where they are at in their lives and where they want to go. By utilizing motivational interviewing, I am able to help identify reasons for change.
During the first session, it can be expected to discuss the reason for seeking therapy and identifying a few goals in mind while existing in a calm environment.
