Great to meet you!
I work with adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges and support individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with neurodivergent adults and supporting clients as they develop a better understanding of themselves, their needs, and the patterns that may be affecting their everyday lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a background in clinical mental health counseling, behavioral health, and healthcare care coordination. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Throughout my career, I have provided therapy in private practice and outpatient settings and have worked within healthcare systems supporting individuals with complex behavioral health and medical needs. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how our mental health can be influenced by our relationships, life experiences, physical health, and the many demands we navigate every day.
