Great to meet you!

Elizabeth lives in Dallas TX where she provides telehealth therapy to people across the state. She completed her masters degree through Grand Canyon University and spent her internship and early experiences as a therapist training in narrative therapy, DBT, and mindfulness to support clients healing from trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about supporting people experiencing IVF, PCOS, chronic illness, and infertility, as well as those who want to heal their relationship with their body and food. My work centers around helping you experience peace with your body, validating the grief of your experience, and finding beauty in your life.

What you can expect from me

My clients often come to me wanting to make peace with their body and health, face IVF and infertility with the support of someone who has been through it herself, heal their relationship with food and diet culture, or find confidence in their body and relationships. You will walk away from therapy being seen, supported, given tools to change the negative voice pulling you down, and reminded that you are worthy just as you are.
