Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, and other life difficulties, using a person-centered approach that meets each individual where they are. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University in 2022 and have been working in the field ever since. My goal is to create a supportive, welcoming space where you feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to become the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I use a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals while helping you build on your strengths. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, or other life challenges, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you work toward becoming your best self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can share at their own pace. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your current concerns, and identifying your goals for treatment. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and builds on your strengths. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
