Great to meet you!

My name is Elizabeth Arrington, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona and a master's degree from Arizona State University.

Over the past 12 years, I have gained experience in various facets of the mental health field, with the last five years focused specifically on my work as a psychotherapist. In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

In our initial sessions, my focus will be on building a strong therapeutic relationship with you, understanding what you hope to achieve through therapy, and introducing you to helpful breathing exercises. My aim is for you to gain new insights or tools from each session we have together.

What you can expect from me

My objective is to offer support as you develop a more profound understanding of yourself. This process includes assisting you in recognizing and utilizing your inherent strengths, in addition to encouraging you to connect with valuable external resources and supports.
