Elizabeth Aubert, M.A., L.P.C., N.C.C., B.C.-T.M.H., is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience serving individuals and families on Colorado’s Western Slope. She has extensive expertise in suicide prevention and intervention, trauma recovery, and play therapy, as well as specialized training in EMDR, TF-CBT, and AutPlay. Elizabeth works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including those navigating chronic health conditions, pain, and dual diagnoses. She is deeply committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for LGBTQ+ and differently abled communities. Her collaborative, compassionate approach helps clients strengthen relationships, transform unhelpful thought patterns, and foster lasting growth and healing.
