Great to meet you!

With more than ten years of experience in hospital-based clinical care, I’ve learned just how resilient people truly are—even in their most challenging moments. As a licensed psychologist, I provide compassionate support to adults working through grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use concerns.

My approach to therapy

Every person’s story is different, and your care should reflect that. When we decide to work together, I see it as a collaborative partnership focused on discovering solutions that genuinely work for you. I draw on evidence-based approaches to guide our work, while keeping open communication and mutual respect at the center of the process. I’m here to listen, to gently challenge you when needed, and to support you at every step.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introductory session to explore your concerns and discuss your goals for therapy. My aim is to create a supportive, compassionate, and safe environment where you can comfortably address difficult topics. Together, we will develop a personalized plan to guide our work. And in our subsequent sessions, we will work collaboratively toward the solutions that help you achieve your goals.
