A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients to help understand what behaviors are unhelpful, validate why we may engage in those behaviors, and what to do about it. I work hard to balance acceptance and change, understanding that behaviors are present for a reason, and challenge how they are keeping us from living the lives we really want for ourselves. I hope to help client's build their life worth living.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can hope to gain more awareness around themselves in a validating, non-judgmental space, in order to learn how to build their life worth living.
