Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, trauma-related concerns, and pregnancy, postpartum, and other perinatal challenges. I also welcome clients navigating life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and any other challenges they may be carrying. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, values-centered, and collaborative. I believe therapy should honor each person's unique experiences, strengths, cultural background, identity, and personal values. I strive to provide gentle, affirming care while helping clients develop practical tools to manage challenges and create meaningful change. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and identify goals that feel meaningful to you. I strive to create a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental, and affirming environment where you can share at your own pace. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the path forward.
