Great to meet you!

A therapist once told me to go home and make a collage. My first thought was, "Lady, my name isn't Martha, I don't even own a glue stick." I never went back, but it taught me something that still shapes my work: therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. I offer an inclusive, affirming space for adults 18 and up, and I warmly welcome the LGBTQIA+ community and people from every background. I help with anxiety, depression, panic, grief, relationship stress, ADHD, and perinatal and postpartum concerns. Together we'll find practical, personal ways to navigate this thing called life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down to earth, and real. You don't have to share anything you're not ready to, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. This is your therapy, not mine or anyone else's, and my job is to help you feel grounded and steady through it.

What you can expect from me

Clients describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, and refreshingly human. Reaching out can feel hard, especially when you're overwhelmed or stuck, but you don't have to do it alone. Reach out anytime for a free 15 minute consultation and we'll see if we're a good fit.
