Welcome! My name is Liz and I have 16 years of mental health experience. I see clients in person and virtually to provide flexibility and allow therapy to be accessible to everyone. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treatment of depression, anxiety, life changes, family conflict, and grief and loss. I also utilize EMDR for treatment of trauma. I take an individualized approach to providing therapy geared toward the client's presenting symptoms and experiences.
Feeling a connection with a therapist is the most accurate predictor of symptom reduction and therapeutic success. I am here to make therapy approachable. I provide both telehealth and in person sessions to accommodate busy lifestyles.
