Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Elizabeth Berry, LCSW. I work with deep feelers, overthinkers, and those who are tired of carrying everything alone. I enjoy helping adults navigate anxiety, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, autism, substance use concerns, and life transitions.

My background includes residential substance use treatment, chronic homelessness programs, and community mental health. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with curiosity, authenticity, and a down-to-earth style. I enjoy helping clients put together the pieces of their story, understanding how past experiences influence the present while creating hope for the future. Rather than directing clients, I strive to help them recognize strengths that may have been overshadowed by life's challenges and feel empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll review confidentiality and begin getting to know one another. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and start laying the foundation for the work ahead. My hope is that you leave feeling understood and hopeful about the journey ahead.
