Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, and more than seven years of specialized work in trauma-focused care. I earned my doctorate in social work in 2024, deepening my clinical expertise and commitment to trauma-informed practice.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on helping individuals process and heal from a wide range of traumatic experiences, including childhood trauma, military-related trauma, and trauma resulting from intimate partner violence and sexual assault. I offer a supportive, compassionate space where clients can safely explore their trauma narratives

What you can expect from me

I believe in meeting clients where they are in their healing journey—honoring their pace and experiences—as we work together to navigate some of the most vulnerable parts of their lives. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of safety, empowerment, and self-compassion through a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship.
