Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. I have experience in Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Relationship and Sexual Issues. I am open, non-judgmental, and take into consideration the individual's, the parents' and the child's goals for healing, not what I want for the client! My therapy interventions are tailored to each client and will be honest with what I think is best for you, even if it is not me!

My approach is solution-focused and all about healing! Depending on a client's age, situation, trauma, support and health, I try to find a combination of interventions that will address the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that could be impacting the client's mental health. My practice is based on the Attachment, Behavioral and Systems Theories.

You can expect open-communication, warmth and friendliness! I show my clients the compassion and care that each client needs while maintaining professional boundaries. By the end of the first session, we should both know what you are wanting to work on, the approach that works best for you, and the boundaries/expectations of the relationship. We may not know each other completely by the end of the first session, but you will for sure know if my warmth, compassion and humor are a fit for you!.
