The therapy office doesn't have to be an intimidating and formal space full of pressure and expectations. With nearly 10 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, I have learned how important it is to be authentic and relaxed in my approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who focuses on relationships, family issues, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression and identity.

I have a gentle but direct approach with my clients. I am highly skilled at guiding the session in a conversational approach with genuine curiosity. My goal is to get to know each client while simultaneously supporting them in creating more intimacy with themselves. I focus on how relationships and environments impact individuals over time, especially pertaining to identity and mood.

Clients can expect the first few sessions to be focused on getting to know each other and refining the reason they are coming to therapy. After clear goals are established, I work rather quickly with my clients due to my direct nature, but always respect the pace and comfort of each individual. I encourage complete authenticity and openness to maximize treatment outcomes, this is a safe and private space.
