Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment. While I work with individuals facing a wide range of life transitions and mental health challenges, my practice features specialized expertise in the following areas: First Responders and veterans, substance use & co-occurring disorders, and trauma & stress management.

My approach to therapy

To accommodate busy schedules and offer maximum flexibility, all therapeutic services are currently being conducted via a secure, confidential virtual telehealth platform. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, meeting you where you are. My approach is practical, goal-oriented, and deeply respectful of the unique demands of your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our very first session, you can expect a space that is collaborative, warm, and completely free of judgment. Starting therapy—or transitioning to a new therapist—takes a lot of courage, so my primary goal is to make sure you feel heard, safe, and understood from the very first minute. The first session is essentially an initial deep-dive or clinical intake. You'll have the opportunity to share your story and identify what you would like to gain from treatment.
