Dr. Elizabeth Buchanan

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Louisville. I have experience working with individuals aged six and older and specialize in managing most psychiatric disorders. I am particularly knowledgeable about managing ADHD and offer private pay diagnostic testing.

I take a conservative approach to medication management, recognizing that oversedation is a major concern in psychiatry. My priority is to find the most effective and least intrusive solutions, empowering my patients with knowledge so they can make informed decisions about their mental health.
